We purchased the Wisconsin absentee ballot request list, spanning the time from March 1, 2024 to a couple of days ago.
Number of registrants on the list: 744,076.
We removed the Inactives, bringing the number down to 380,050 and here is what we found:
2,777 permanently moved out of state
2,325 address not deliverable and not found in the USPS database
7,571 incorrect or missing secondary (missing APT #5 for example) 513 door not accessible
976 single receptacle drop for mail for all residents at same physical address
97 No secure location at all to leave mail
13 Registered to a US Post Office Street address
1,251 vacant for more than 90 days (person not receiving mail for more than 90 days, not necessarily an empty house)
31 Registered to a commercial address such as a UPS, Fedex store
3,408 Duplicates (needs to be checked, sometimes father/son but they omitted suffixes)
275 Moved but left no forwarding address
168 At high rise building but not housing 442 Identified as a business location, but not commercial
10,877 Not all components of the address match up to what is in the USPS database
1,158 permanently moved to a new county within Wisconsin
Total 31,882
Despite these identified problems with addresses and the fact that many have moved out of state and could not have made these ballot requests, these 30,724 people are considered by the state of Wisconsin to be ACTIVELY registered voters in Wisconsin who this year requested an absentee ballot for the Nov. 5th election.
If these registered voters couldn’t have received those, then who did request them, and what is happening to those ballots?
And Wisconsin is not an isolated case, our teams of investigators and data analysis are finding numbers like this is every swing state and across the nation.

-Permanently moved to a new county: 169,083 (within Pennsylvania)
