Arizona Is Distracting You With A Shiny Object

When the government touts its transparency, you may want to look behind a curtain for a wizard.

This week, the Puff Piece Press, published this article on tours given in the new Arizona voter center - so you can walk around and see how transparent things are.

Nothing to see here.

Let’s take a little tour of what they don’t want you to see - because if you do see it, you will understand that in Arizona, it’s what’s below the surface they don’t want you to see.

Members of our team were brought into the election roll analysis in November, right after Kari Lake was smoked in her election for governor.

We were asked to do a deep dive analysis of the voter rolls - after the fact.

We received two copies of the voter rolls - 30 days apart.

We ran time series analysis on the data - beginning in early October.

So we analyzed the official voter roll, for one county, for the 30 day period up to the election.

  • 22,000 new voters were added.

  • 108,000 changes made to the voter roll, many after the legal date.

  • 33,000 zip codes changed as mail-in ballots were flying about.

Kari Lake knew not one bit of this because she senselessly relied on the RNC Data Team, as in Republicans - and they never saw any of this with their obsolete relational technology.

Our analysis found this in a couple of hours - it took more time to load the data than do the analysis.

In 2024, this work can be done BEFORE a candidate - of any party - gets smoked.

Running multiple copies of voter rolls, compared one against the other, reveals these discrepancies BEFORE an election, not afterward.

One of the “must have” reforms we introduce is for every Secretary of State to be required to run time series of voter rolls every week and publish the results.

That way, there will be real transparency, not the fake stuff being pitched today in Arizona.
